Brucine毒性作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本文研究Ｂｒｕｃｉｎｅ（Ｂ）对小鼠的急性、亚急性和慢性毒性实验。结果提示①按Ｇａｄ－ｄｕｍ法计算［２］Ｂ的ｉｐＬＤ５０为５５．２３（５８．７３～５１．６８）ｍｇ／ｋｇ；ｉｇＬＤ５０为１８９．８８（１９２．２～１８６．４）ｍｇ／ｋｇ；②Ｂｉｐ或ｉｇ各设三个剂量组（＞１／４ＬＤ５０，＞１／３ＬＤ５０，＞１／２ＬＤ５０）：ｉｐ，１次／ｄ，连续２１ｄ；ｉｇ，１次／ｄ，连续２１ｄ及９８ｄ，均无明显毒性。各给药组小鼠心、肝、肾、脾、肺、胃粘膜、性腺等组织切片在光学显微镜下，没有发现病理学改变。各给药组小鼠的体重净增率、血象（ＷＢＣ，ＲＢＣ，ＰＬ）、ＧＰＴ及ＢＵＮ等的测定值与ＮＳ对照组无明显差异。In the paper,the acute,sub-acute and chronic toxicitv of brucine had beenstudied.The recults showed that①the LD50 of brucine on mice was 55.23(58.73～51.68)mg/kg ip and 189.88(192.2～186.4)mg/kg ig(according to Gaddum method[2]②therewas no obvious toxicity after ip/ig administration of several dose groups of brucine(>1/4LD50,>1/3 LD50,>1/2 LD50) for qd,21d(ip)and 21/98d(ig).Under the light microscopicexamination,there was no pathological change in the heart,liver,kidney,spleen,lung,gestricmucosa and gonads etc in all dose groups of brucine.There was no significant difference inbody weight increase,haematological(WBC.RBC.PL ), GPT and BUN determination be-tween the control and medicated groups.
