酶联免疫PAP法快速诊断金黄色葡萄球菌L型败血症的临床应用

摘　　要：目前国内外诊断细菌Ｌ型败血症的方法是进行细菌Ｌ型培养，需时间７～１４天。我们于１９９２年６月采用酶联免疫法快速诊断金黄色葡萄球菌Ｌ型败血症获得成功。经临床８２例对照分析：酶免阳性７２例，细菌Ｌ型培养７１例阳性。酶免快速诊断的准确度为９７．５％，敏感性９８．６％，特异性为９０％，可以在两日内出结果，较血培养可提前５～１０天明确诊断。The common diagnostic method of bacteral L-form septicemia is blood culturewith bacteral L-form culture media,this method has to spend 7-14 days,a fast diagnosticmethod for bacteral L-form septicemia was found in 1992.It used enzyme immunoassaymethod to define L-form septicemia and only needed two days.The accuracy of fast diagnos-tic method were Verified by compareing with the result of blood culture 82 case of wereenamied.With both methods. The positive cases were 72 in enzyme immunoassay and 71 inblood culture. The accuracy of fast diagnosis was 97.5%the hypersensitivity was 98.6%andthe specificity was 90%. The result showed that the enzyme immunoassay method had highaccuracte,strong specificity and hypersensitivity.
