降脂抗氧化口服液对脂类代谢及抗氧化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本报道研究了降脂抗氧化口服液（ＪＫＫ）对ＳＤ老年大鼠及急性高脂模型后大鼠体内脂类代谢和抗氧化作用的影响。结果显示ＪＫＫ具有降低血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇含量及升高血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的作用。同时还证实ＪＫＫ具有升高血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）活力及降低血浆中脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量的抗氧化作用。Jiangzhi kangyanghua koufuye(JKK),composed of Chinese herbal medicine Cassia tora L ,Kheum officinal baillon ,Radix saliviae miltirrhizae etc., was studied on lipidsmetabolism and antioxidation in aged SD rats treated with JKK for three weeks and then therats were to have hyperlipidemia induced with Triton WR-1339. The results showed that theJKK had the functions of increasing the serum contents of HDL-cholesterol(HDL-C)and re-ducing the serum contents of the total cholesterol (Tch),trigtyceride(Tg)and LDL-C;be-sides,the JKK had the effects of raising the activity of the GSH-Px obviously in whole bloodand decreasing the serum contents of LPO statistically.
