卡铂与顺铂为主联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效和毒性比较

摘　　要：自１９９１年１月至１９９２年１２月两年间，我们用顺铂、卡铂为主联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤１７４例。顺铂组总有效率４９．４％，完全缓解率１２．０％；卡铂组总有效率４１％，完全缓解率７．２％，两者无明显差异。主要毒副反应为消化道反应、血液毒性及脱发。顺铂组与卡铂组血液毒性无显著差异，卡铂组消化道反应明显较顺铂组为轻。From January,1991 to December, 1992, 174 cases of malignant tumors were treatedwith DDP and Carboplatin as main, Cases with DDP combinations had RR counted for49. 4% and CR 12. 0%, Cases with carboplatin combinations had RR counted for 41% andCR 7. 2% There was no great difference between them'The main side effects were G-I toxicities, hematologic toxicities and trichomadesis. The hematologic toxicities in both DDP andCarboplatin group were almost the same. G-I toxicities in carboplatin group was less severethan that in DDP group.
