大豆杂交后代表观收获指数与亲本关系的研究

摘　　要：本试验，对７个杂交组合的后代表观收获指数与亲本的关系进行了研究。结果表明，Ｆ２群体表观收获指数平均值与双亲平均值呈极显著正相关（ｒ＝０．８３０３），与双亲差值显著负相关（ｒ＝－０．６９７８）；Ｆ２分离出高表观收获指数的个体的比率与双亲平均值相关显著（ｒ＝０．７６３８）；Ｆ２群体分布受亲本的组配方式影响较大。因此，在提高大豆表观收获指数育种中，选择双亲绝对值均高且差值较小的材料为亲本有利于提高育种选择效率。Seven crosses were made with 11 parents which had different apprent harvest index.Relationship between parents and their progenies was studied.The results showed thatthere were a significant positive relation between the mean value of apparent harvest index inF2 and that in their parents (r= 0.8303) and a significant negative relation between themean value in F2 and the difference of two parents; the percentage of plants with high apparent harvest index segregated in F2 were significantly related with the mean value of their parents (r= 0.7637).Materials with high absolute values and less difference between two parents should be selected as parents in increasing apparent harvest index breeding.
