动物干扰素诱生剂抗病毒Ⅰ号对鸡的亚急性毒性的研究

摘　　要：在小鼠口服抗病毒Ⅰ号无亚急性毒性之后，我们又做了该药对本动物─鸡的亚急性毒试验，经对用药鸡的尸体剖检，消化率、脏器指数及血液生化指标与对照组的比较研究。进一步证明该药对本动物─鸡无明显的亚急性毒性作用．In our Previous study,it has been demonstrated that theanimal interferon inducer ANTIYIRUS I has no subacute toxicity tomouse. In the present study,the subacute toxicty of ANTIYIRUS I toChicker was invesfigated,Data of autopsy. digest rate.Viscera indexand blood, biochemistry norm in test group were compared with those incontrol group.The results show that no subacute toxicity to chicken wasfound tO be associated with ANTIVIRVS I.
