摘　　要：应用ＨＷＸ型红外热像仪对４２例阴囊内疾病及３例阴茎病施行热图检查，诊断符合率达到８６％。表明热图诊断对鉴别阴囊良、恶性病变，精索静脉曲张及不育症等有一定参考价值。Based on the observation and study of 45 cases of intrascrotal and penile patients aged between 18 to 65 from Mar. 1991 to Sept. 1992, the diagnostic accuracy of orchitis, testicle tumor, variuose vein of spermatic cord, fertility, Peyronie's disease and prostitis reached to about. 86%. There results show that the application of thermography in the diagnosis of inrtascrotal diseases has some clinic values.
