摘  要:笔者根据植物雄性不育既受遗传影响,又受生态条件制约的事实,提出生态遗传雄性不育理论.该理论认为,植物雄性不育是不育基因在一定生态条件下的表达.所谓不育基因,可以是直接阻碍雄性发育的遗传因素,也可以是决定雄性发育需要某种生态条件的遗传特性.所谓生态条件,包括影响植物雄性生长发育的温度、光照、水分、营养、化学物质等物理、化学、生物因素.生态因素可分为自然生态因素和人工生态因素两类.植物品种间雄性对于不利生态条件的忍耐能力存在巨大差异,这就是两系杂交植物的基础.According to the fact that sterility of crop plant is affected by genetic and eco-logical factors,the theory of ecological- genetical sterility of plant is proposed.The theoryconsiders that the sterility of plant is the expression of sterile genes under certain ecologicalconditions,The sterile gene is either the genetic factor which hinders the development of maleorgans dirrectly,or some inheritancible property which needs some ecological condition fordeterming the development of male organs.The so called ecological conditions enclude tem-parature,light,water,nutrition and chemical substracts etc. and can be divided into naturaland artificial ecological factors.The large difference of tolerance to unfavourable ecologicalconditions between crop varieties is the basis of producing hybrid by using two-line method.
