湖南地区住院病人嗜肺军团杆菌感染状况调查

摘　　要：采用微量凝集法对１９９０年５月至１９９１年４月我院内科１４８例住院病人进行嗜肺军团杆菌（ＬＰ）１～１２型血清抗体检测。结果表明湖南地区确有军团菌感染存在，并以６型和１２型为多，其阳性率与性别、年龄、季节无明显关系。呼吸道感染病人中ＬＰ感染率远较非呼吸道感染病人为高。he sera of 148 in- patients from May 1990 through April 1991 in the department of in-ternal medicine were examined by using microagglutination test(MAT) for 12 serogroups ofLegionella pneumophilla(LP).It showed that there is Legionnaires’disease bacterial infec-tion in Hunan Province and the main types are LP6 and LP12.The positive rate was not re-lated to sex,age and season. There was a significant difference between the patients with therespiratory tract infections and the control group of non-infections in LP infective rate.
