食管彩色多普勒超声心动图在心脏瓣膜手术中的应用

摘　　要：食管彩色多普勒超声心动图（ＴＥＥ）选择性地用于３８例心脏瓣膜手术。在３２例瓣膜替换者中，２７例为二尖瓣，４例为主动脉瓣，１例为双瓣，替换的人工瓣膜均为机械瓣；另６例为单纯二尖瓣成形；有７次二尖瓣或三尖瓣成形都系与瓣膜替换同时进行。对ＴＥＥ与术前胸前超声（ＴＴＥ）检查结果以及相同或类似瓣膜的正常值进行了比较。ntraoperative transesophageal echocardiography(TEE)was selectively utilized in 38cases of valvular operations.Among them,27 mitral valves,4 aortic and 1 double valve werereplaced with mechanic prosthetic valves.There were 6 mitral annuloplastes performed inde-pendently and 7 cases of mitral or tricuspid valvular were repaired associated with replace-ment of valves,Most of valvular lesions had been diagnosed with transthoracic echocardio-graphy(TTE)prior to operations,and were confirmed by TEE with some degree of differencein severity,besides,certain amount of missed valvular pathologies were newly discovered byTEE, thus,some of the former operative programs were rearranged.
