银屑病患者血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体的检测

摘　　要：用双抗体夹心酶联免疫技术检测49例银屑病患者外周血可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)。结果显示,患者外周血 SIL-2R 水平高于正常人(P<0.01),且进行期高于静止期(P<0.05),泛发型高于局限型(P<0.05)。提示细胞免疫功能紊乱与银屑病的发生及病情活动可能有关。The levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R)were determined by sandwich ELISA in sera of 49 patients with psoriasis and 15 normal controls. The results showed that serum levels of SIL-2R were significantly elevated in patients compared with controls (P<0. 01). The SIL-2R concentration of patients with progressive stage was higher than that in qui- escent stage (P<0.05). The SIL-2R concentration in generalized lesions was higher than that in the localized (P<0. 05). The findings suggest that the disturbance of immunoregulation may be related to the pathogenesis and morbidity of psoriasis.
