成人下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：对１３７名住院的成人下呼吸道（ＡＬＲＴ）感染者进行肺炎支原体（ＭＰ）病原及血清学检查。结果表明：ＭＰ是ＡＬＲＴ感染中重要的病原体，其感染率达４０．８８％，且有随年龄增高而下降的趋势；其临床表现及胸部Ｘ线改变均无材异性；冷凝集试验对诊断ＡＬＲＴ的ＭＰ感染的敏感性和特异性较低，确诊主要靠呼吸道分泌物中培养分离出ＭＰ。putum cultivation of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP ) and cold agglutinin test of bloodwere studied in 137 adult patients with infection of lower respiratory tract. The resultsshowed that MP was one of the main pathogens of lower respiratory tract in adults;the posi-tive rate of MP in sputum by culture is about 40.88%,and the morbility of MP infectionstended to decrease with the increasing of patients’age,the clinical manifestations and radio-graphs of MP infection of the lower respiratory tracts had no specificity but half of the pa-tients had pneumonia ;cold agglutinin test had only a low sensitivity and specificity. The pro-cess of cultivation and isolation of MP from the secretion is still the most reliable indicator tomake definite diagnosis of the infection of lower respiratory tract in adults.
