摘　　要：论述了话带调制解调器的系统结构、控制软件、速率及文件传输协议等方面的演变过程，分析了话带调制解调器的发展现状与发展趋势，对研制国产高速话带调制解调器，充分发挥现有模拟通信网在我国社会经济生活中的作用，提供了理论指导。This paper discusses the evolutionary process of the systematic structure, control software, velocity and the file tranfer protocol etc of MODEM, analyzing the present situation and the developing trend of MODEM. It provides an important guide to develop the high speed MODEM productions to change the present communication situation of China.
