螺栓装配自动化的关键技术研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了对要求套入垫圈，特别是普通开口弹簧垫圈的螺栓自动装配关键技术的一些研究成果，研究工作主要包括螺栓及垫圈的自动输送和定向定位，螺栓－垫圈的合套，合套结果的检测及失败组件的剔除，螺栓组件的夹持、插入及旋进，前后功能动作的非同步联系等。基于这些研究成果研制成功的一套螺栓－双垫圈自动合套旋入机组已在“应用机器人的吊扇电机自动装配线”上成功入线工作。This paper parents some achievements in bolt assembly automation researches with regard to hitch-up of washer, espedally split snap washer to screw, which includes the following aspects: automatic feeding and orientation of screw & washer, hitch-up of washer to screw, hitching deteCtion and mal-hitching rejection, clamping and positioning of washerussembled screw and its driving, and the nonsynchlonous connection of suaresiVe functional movements. Based on the above researches, an autornahc double washer hitching and screw driving machine has been sucasfully developed and applied to a robotbased Ceiling fan motor assembly line.
