摘 要:在开发CAPP系统时,工序图的自动生成是一项关键性技术难题。本文从工序图的生成机理和工序图的输出方式两个方面分析了现有工序图的绘制方法,在此基础上,介绍了某CAPP系统中工序图的生成原理、技术方法和程序框图。该CAPP系统中工序图绘制采用图素拼接法原理,根据CAPP系统生成的图形数据文件自动绘制每道工序的工序图。源程序由BA-SIC语言编写,自动生成命令组文件(.SCR文件),再由AUTOCAD调用命令组文件显示及输出工序图。该方法自动化程度高,绘制的工序图质量好。In developing CAPP system, the automatic generation of operation drawings is a key poser technologically. In this paper,the available methods of generating operation drawing are analysed from the two aspectS of generative mechanism and output methods. It presents generative principles of operation drawings,technological methods and program flow diagrams in a CAPP system. The principles of put-together methods of graphic units are adopted to draw operation drawings in this CAPP system,and the operation drawing of every operation is made automatically,based on the files of graphic data generated in CAPP system. The original programs are compiled in BASICA language,and command group files (.SCR file)are generated automatically,and then the command group file is transferred and the operation drawings are displayed and output through AUTOCAD. The degree of automation in this method is high and the operation drawings made by this method are of good quality.
