船用柴油机零件特征信息的分析研究和加工族的划分

摘　　要：本文通过对某造船厂船用柴油机回转类零件特征信息的统计分析．给出了柴油机零件的特征信息分布图及分布规律。在统计分析的基础上．找出了船用柴油机回转类零件的功能、结构和工艺特点．为在柴油机产品设计、制造和管理等各生产环节采用先进的手段和技术方法提供了科学的依据．最后．还简单介绍了根据特征信息对船用柴油机回转类零件划分加工族的方法。Through the statistics and analysis of rotational part feature information of marine diesel engines, the distributive deagrams and regUlations of feature information are given. On this bssis thefunctions,structures and technological features of rotational prats of marine diesel engines are foundout. It pronedes scientific basis and good conditions for adopting advanced technical methods at thestages of design,manufacture and management of products. Finally,this paper presents brieflythe waysof dividing the rotational parts of marine diesel engines into processing Part family according to the feature information.
