摘 要:以乙醇水溶液为分离对象,研究了聚丙烯酸(PAA)与聚酰胺羧酸或聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混膜的渗透蒸发分离性能,以及均相、非均相缩醛反应对PVA膜分离因素a和渗透通量J的影响。实验发现,戊二醛交联PVA膜的a提高到49.5(乙时含水C_1=10%,温度为55℃);增加非均相缩甲醛反应时间,PVA/PAA共混膜的α先下降而后趋于不变,同时J存在一最大值。The separation characteristics for water/ethanol mixture of the blended membranes of polyacrylic acid- polyamide acid and polyacrylic acid-polyvinyl alcohol were studied ,and the effects of both homogeneous and heterogeneous acetal reaction on PVA membranesepartion performance were also investigated.According to the experimental data,the separation factor of the PVA membrane crosslinked by glutaraldehyde was up to 49.5(the massconcentration of water was equal to 10%,and the operation temperature was equal to 55℃)。The separation factor of the PVA- PAA blended membrane showed a minimum value at thereaction time of 30 minutes of heterogeneous acetal reaction with formalehyde and almostkept constant,and the permeation flux of this membrane had a peak value.
