摘　　要：本文对Ｅｒ３＋离子浓度为１ｗｔ％和５０ｗｔ％的两种Ｅｒ：ＹＡＧ晶体的吸收谱和红外光致发光谱进行了研究。讨论了Ｅｒ３＋离子浓度对实现激光运转的影响。The absorption and infrared fluorescence spectra of two types of Er:YAG crystals in which the densities of Er3+ ions are 1wt% and 50wt%, respectively, are studied and the influence of the density of Er3+ on the laser performance is discussed.
