贝螺杀对大瓶螺的药效试验

摘　　要：ｌ９９１～１９９３年在室内和田间用贝螺杀对大瓶螺进行了一系列浓度的毒力和药效试验。室内试验在１．４×１０－４％浓度经２４ｈ螺的死亡率为８７．３３％～８８．３３％，田间试验在１．４×１０－４％浓度２４ｈ螺的死亡率为８３．３３％。Experiments in laborotory and field were conducted in l991～1993 to determinethe efficacy of bayluscide (WP,70%)(5,2′─dichloro─4’─ni─tro─salicylic─anillide─ethanolamine) against the snail Ampullaria gigas. The results in laboratory showed thatBayluscide had a satisfactory molluscidal effect.The snail morttality was 86.00 %～88.33% in the concentration of 1.40 ×l0-4%,The best effect of bayluscdie on thepopulation of A. gigas appeared in 24 hours after treatment, while the result in trialin field showed that most of the snails were killed,and the mortality was 83.33% inthe concetration of l.4 ×1O-4%.
