摘　　要：对运筹学的调运问题提出一种新解法──元素判别值分配法．它不同于国内外现行的任一种方法，只须一次调配即获最佳方案，不必进行调整．此法既便于人工操作，又易于程序实现．A new solution known as the allocation method of element discriminant value isgiven to the problem of transport dispatching in operational research. Differing from otherones now available at home and abroad,the solution needs only one allocation to achieve anoptimal scheme and it has no need of adjustment. The solution is easy of manual operationand program execution. It proves itself to be a new breakthrough in the solution of transportdispatching.
