维生素E－β环糊精包合物的制备及对酪氨酸酶抑制率的测定

摘　　要：根据维生素Ｅ易氧化的特性，制备了维生素Ｅ－β环糊精包合物。并对酪氨酸酶抑制率作了研究。实验表明，包合物对酪氨酸酶有明显的抑制作用，在一定范围内随包合物浓度的增大而增强，且线性关系良好。（ｒ＝０．９９７１）其２％包合物溶液的抑制率为６０．５％Vitamin E-β-cyD inclusion complex was prepared and its inhibition ratio to tyrosinase was studied,The experimental results indicated that:the inclusion complex had significant inhibitive effect on tyrosinase and inhibition enhanced with increasing of concentration of the inclusion complex the calibration curve was liner(r=0.9971)in the range of concentration the inhibition ratio of 2%inclusion complex solution was 60.5%。
