摘　　要：本文介绍了一种用优选法处理倒数升温加速试验数据的新算法.作者用PC-1500型电子计算机与普通恒温水浴联用实现倒数程序升温;用漫反射光谱法测定固体药物表面反射率,研究了维生素C片的稳定性.结果表明,新算法克服了常规算法的不足之处,使实验结果更为精确可靠.A new computation with optimization for reciprocal heating accelerated experiment was introduced. A PC -1500 pocket computer was combined with an ordinary thermostat to obtain the reciprocal heating, with which the stab-ility of vitamin C tablet, measured withe diffuse reflectance spectrophotometry, was studied. The result shows that with the new computation, the defect of the ordinary computation was overcome and the accuracy was improved.
