纤连蛋白抗血清对人精子受精能力的影响

摘　　要：采用体外异种穿卵试验的方法，研究纤连蛋白抗血清对人精子受精能力的影响，统计不同浓度的纤连蛋白抗血清作用下的穿卵率变化。结果发现：低浓度的纤连蛋白抗血清能使人精子穿透去透明带金黄地鼠卵的穿卵率有所提高；高浓度的纤连蛋白抗血清则对人精子的穿卵率无影响。Using the in vitro penetration test, weinitially studied effects of anti-fibronectin (FN)-serumon fertilization capacity of human spermatozoa. Owingto the coincubation of anti-FN-serum in a heterologobssystem(human spermatozoa and zona-free gold ham-ster oocyte),a certain increase was found in the pene-tration rate at a low concentration of anti-FN-serum. The penetration rate in the treated group was 20%high6r than that in the control group at an anti-FN-serum concentration of 10μl/ml(P<0.05),but at ahigher concentration of anti-FN-serum,the penetra-tion rate was not affected.The results suggest thatanti-FN-serum can improve the fertilization capacity ofhuman spermatozoa, help to treat the unexplained in-fertility,and increase the repregnancy rate of vasova-Sotomy.
