小儿胆囊炎胆石症20例报告

摘　　要：本组共收治小儿胆囊炎胆石症２０例，年龄４～１５岁，其中急性单纯性胆囊炎１０例采用内科治疗，合并胆囊或胆总管或肝内胆管结石的慢性胆囊炎１０例施行了外科手术，全组病例治愈无严重并发症。结合手术所见，术中胆道造影，胆囊病理检查、结石种类，对其发病特点，确诊方法以及内、外科治疗的选择进行了分析讨论。Cholecystitis and cholelithiasis in children was found to be increasing by screening cases who had abdominal pains.From 1981 to 1991,20 children having this disorder were treated,in which 10 cases underwent surgical intervention,and another 10 cases with simple acute cholecystitis were treated with nonoperative therapy. All cases were cured. The incidence, diagnosis, pathologic characteristic, indication for surgical or medical management were discussed.
