摘　　要：本文就手部烧伤后继发爪形手畸形的主要原因进行分析，即早期处理的失误，法和起步太晚的康复治疗。提出了爪形手畸形的防治方法。The hand has a high incidence of being burned, and the subsequent deformities such as claw hand often occurred.Most of these defortmties were contributed to the mismanagmant in the early postburn period and to the ignoring of early rehabilitative managment. The orinciples tbat might improve the prognosis of the burned hands were advocated.
