摘  要:用计算机模拟方法对层流曳带流反应器内的流动和加热特性进行了详细的数值计算,描述了煤粒在该反应器内的加热速率、停留时间以及煤粒的温度-时间曲线,为正确地解释该反应器内的燃烧和热解试验数据提供参考。A detailed study is made of the flow and particle heating Characteristics of a reactor withlaminar entrained flow for experiments on the devolatilization and combustion of coal.A fi-nite difference model is employed to predict the gas flow and temperature fields as well asparticle heating rate and residence time. Of the features to be modelled,the gas flow fieldhas the greatest effect on the residence time. The particle slip velocities are one order ofmagnitude less than the gas velocitites so that the particle motion is less significant.The ac-tual flow in the reactor is neitherruniform nor fully developed. It is concluded that an accu-rate model for the reactor flow field is essential to the data extraction of a meaningful reactionrate from the experiments.
