摘  要:分析了光刻伺服盘的光刻图形、伺服码型及伺服录写特征,并设计了4000TPI光刻面伺服系统的伺服录写设备.分析研究表明,光刻伺服系统能提高磁盘道密度。The most significant feature of an etched servo disk is some servo patterns containingcertain servo information have been etched on the disk surface beforehand. The servo signalsincluding the address code of magnetic tracks,the inner and outer protected areas,data area,00 track and other position signals can therefore be partly or entirely obtained from thesepatterns.The servo patterns correspondingly written in are all 1 or simplified code and theservo code for other tracks are identical.The servo vvriter can be operated with the widetrack head by partial overlapping so that the signal-nosie ratio of the signal read out by thehead and the quality of the position error signal can be improved and the servo writer devicecan be of lower accuracy.The entire servo writing process of the 4000 TPI etched servo diskcan be completed by proper refitting of the HH8040 hard disk driver.
