摘　　要：研究了港口起重机钢丝绳状态监测仪的结构设计方法，讨论了钢丝绳断丝信号预处理电路的特点，在此基础上给出了摇臂压块随动定心结构、多元件独立通道检测的港口起重机钢丝绳状态监测仪．The structural design of a condition monitoring device for the steel wire rope on the har-bour crane is investigated and the features of the pre-processing circuit for signals duringwire breaking is discussed.The device with a rocking arm and pressing block center follow-ing probe as well as the capability of multi-element independent channel detection is de-scribed.
