摘 要:研究了在满足凸轮机构工作条件下,如何选择基本结构参数,使移动从动件平面凸轮机构的体积和最大压力角均达到最小这一双目标优化设计问题.给出了相应的设计方法.使设计出来的凸轮机构不但结构紧凑,而且受力性能得到最大限度的改善.Amethod for optimizing the main dimensions of a cam-translating roller follower mech-anism aimed at a minimum cam volume and a maximum pressure angle is presented.It is atwo-objective optimization problem with both nonlinear programming and Chebyshev ap-proximation. With the hierarchical sequence approach in the theory of multi-objective opti-mization and the monotonicity of the objective function and constraint condition functions,the design task can be reduced to one of the minimization of the maximum pressure anglesubject to equality constraints.This will be a problem of Chebyshev approximation with con-straints. Hence it can be transformed into one of finding a solution for a system of nonlinearequations,and the general solving method can then be used to obtain the optimal main di-mensions.
