摘 要:施硼、施氮均提高油菜苗期对氮的吸收量,B×N交互作用与植株含氮量和单株吸氮量呈极显著的正效应。适量硼促进对NH4+和NO3-的吸收,缺硼和高硼影响其吸收。施硼施氮明显增加叶片硝酸还原酶活性,降低蛋白酶、肽酶活性;B×N交互作用与硝酸还原酶活性呈正效应,与蛋白酶、肽酶活性呈负效应。硼、氮及硼氮配合浸种明显增强油菜籽发芽过程中蛋白酶和肽酶活性。The absorption of N in rape was increased by applying B or N.There was a positive interaction between boron and nitrogen.A moderate amount of B promoted absorption of and while B-deficiency or an excess Of B inhibited the process.The nitrate reductase(NR)activity was significantly increased and protase and peptidase activity were significantly reduced by using B or N.There was positive efficiency between B×N interaction and NR activity,but negative efficiency between B×N interaction and protase or petidase adtivity.Treating rape seeds with B or N enhanced the protase and peptidase activity during germination.
