六个籼稻品种对水稻白叶枯病的抗性遗传研究  被引量:2

摘  要:分析了6个籼稻抗病品种(Cuba2301、Cuba2196、Cuba4010、双抗12、双抗18、三江)对14个水稻白叶枯病菌系的抗性表现和对P1、HB-17和江陵691三个菌系的抗性遗传和抗性基因的等位关系,结果表明,这6个抗病品种均在全育期抗除菲律宾菌系P_2和P_3外的其余12个菌系。这6个抗病品种对3个菌系的全生育期抗性均由一对显性基因控制,受细胞核影响。与已知基因的等位性测定表明,这6个品种携有的一对显性基因与IR20或IRBB4中的Xa-4基因等位。The resistance of six indica rice cultivars,Cuba2301.Cuba2196,Cuba4010,Shuangkang 12 to fourteen strains of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae has been analysed.It was shown that these six cultivars were resistant to twelve strains,but susceptible to Philippine strains P_2 and P_3 at the all growth stages,indication,that these cultivars have a relatively broad spectrum of resistance.The inheritance and allelism of genes for resistance to three strains P_1,HB-17 and JL691 in the six cultivars were studies.The analyses of F_1,F_2 and B_1F_1 data from crosses between the six cultivars and suceptible line Jingang30 or Zaoxian141 revealed that the resistance in the six indica rice cultivars is controlled by a single dominant nuclear gene at all growth stages.All lism tests with the reported resistant genes indicated that the dominant gene in these six cultivars is Xa-4.
