摘  要:生态核不育大麦9111-2-3(H.distichum)在自然条件下具有育性转换特性,温度是诱导其育性转换的主导因子,在一定温度范围内低温诱导不育,高温诱导可育。抽穗前28~14d是育性转换的温度敏感期,此时为大麦穗分化的药隔形成中期至四分体形成期。诱导育性转换的不育上限温度为10℃,可育下限温度为13℃。The fertility of males-sterile barley 9111-2-3 under different temperature and photoperiod conditions was studied in phytotron and by different sowing time.The results showed that male-sterile barley 9111-2-3 displayed fertility alteration in natural conditions ,and the alteration in fertility was mainly induced by temperature. The thermo-sensitive phase of male-sterile barley 9111-2-3 occurred 14~28 days before heading, which was the period from the middle of the anther diaphragm formation to the tetrad formation.During this period, low temperature pollen sterility and high temperature induced fertility. The critical sterile temperature was 10℃and the critical fertile temperature was 13℃.
