摘  要:在北京(39°56'N)长日、中温条件下,分析了弱感光型光敏不育水稻C407s与秋光、南65两品种配制的正反交F1、BF1、F2和F3代的雄性育性表现。结果表明,在弱感光型遗传背景下光敏不育性及其育性恢复受两对独立的细胞核隐性主基因控制和修饰基因的作用。讨论了缩小样本出穗期的离散度和利用F3家系育性类型分析资料的必要性及所谓“育性抑制基因”影响下光敏不育性状表达的种种异常情况。Under Beijing's(39°56′N)long daylength and medium temperature conditions, the male fertility expression of F1, BF1, F2 and F3 progencies was analyzed, which derived from the reciprocal crosses between C407s, the PGMS japonica line with weak photo-sensitive type of to flowering response, and Akihikari or Nan 65. The research results indicated that in the genetic background of weak photo-sensitivity of flowering, photoperiodic sensitive genic male sterility and fertility restoration were controlled by two separate main nuclear genes and affected by some modificator genes, The paper also discussed the necessity of reducing the heading-time dispersion of the experimental samples and the application of the fertile segregation information of F3 lines for genetic analysis. It pointed out the abnormal forms of PGMS expression caused by the ferlitity inhibiting genes.
