4种植物性物质对几种仓库害虫驱避性的估价

摘　　要：选用４种易于取得的中草药、香料和食用油，分别对玉米象、赤似谷盗和绿豆象的驱避性进行了试验，结果表明：山柰、黑胡椒、米糠油对玉米象成虫、赤拟谷盗幼虫和绿豆象成虫及八角对玉米象成虫、赤拟谷盗幼虫都有明显驱避作用，其中山柰的驱避作用最强。当按０．３ｍｌ·皿（－１）的浓度拌小麦和绿豆时，处理４８ｈ，山柰对玉米象和绿豆象的驱避率高达１００％；黑胡椒对玉米象的驱避率为８６％；对绿豆象为８０．５％；八角对玉米象的驱避率为７８．２％。用滤纸法处理７２ｈ，山柰、八角、黑胡椒、米糠油对赤拟谷盗幼虫的驱避率依次为９４．７％、８４．３％、５０．１％和３３．２％。A study was made on the repellent action of Sitophilus zeamais Motschulky, Tribolium castaneum (Herbst ),Callosobruchus chinensis L.with four easily-got traditional chinese medicinal herbs and medicines, perfume and edible oil, respectively. The results showed: Kaempferia galanga L., black pepper powder and rice bran oil had obvious repellent action to adults of S. zamains M., C. chinensis L.and larvae of T. castaneum (Herbst).So I.verum, Hook. f.had to adults of S.Zeamais M. and larvae of T. castaneum (Herbst ). Among these , the repellent action of K. galange L.is the strongest one. 48 hours'treating wheat and green pea with a concentration of 0.3ml per cultare dish (Diameter of 6 cm),The rates of K. galanga L. repellent action to S. zeamais M.and C. chinensis L.are as high up to 100 percent. That of black peeper powder to S.Zeamais M.and to C.chinensis L. is 86 percent. 80. 5 percent. The rate of I.verum Hook.f.to S.zeamais. M.is 78.2%. Being treated 72 hours with filter paper method,the rate of repellent action of K. galanga L., I.verum Hook f.black pepper powder and rice bran oil to T.castaneum (Herbst ) is 94.7 percent, 84.3 percent, 50. 1 percent and 33.2 percent, respectively.
