Wittig反应的研究（ⅩⅧ）──稳定膦叶立德的Wittig反应中的离子效应

摘　　要：研究了稳定膦叶立德，乙氧基羰基甲叉三本基膦烷Ｐｈ３Ｐ＝ＣＨＣＯ２ＣＨ２ＣＨ３与对氯苯甲醛在ＤＭＦ和９０％甲醇中的Ｗｉｔｔｉｇ反应，探讨了阴、阳离子对该条件下Ｗｉｔｔｉｇ反应立体化学的影响，结果表明离子效应与反应所用的溶剂以及离子本身的性质有关，并提出了反应可能的机理．In order to evaluate better ion effects in the Wittig reaction, the reactions of the absolutely salt-free stabilized ylide, carboethoxylmethylene-triphenylphosphorane Ph3P-CHCO2Et, with p-Chlorobenzaldehyde in different solvents and in the presence of the additional salts which contain the same anion or same canon were firstly examined in detail. The results showed that ion effect depends on the characteristic of the ions and the solvent used. A possible mechanism'of the reaction was given.
