摘 要:本文通过试验研究,对比了顺排翅片管束与管间加扭带、角钢和圆管时的传热和阻力特性,指出加扭带可强化传热3%-7%,管束阻力约增加30%;加角钢可强化传热6%-20%,管束阻力约增加19%-40%;加圆管可强化传热0.3%-3.5%,管束阻力约增加5%。加扰流件在低流速时的效果好于高流速时的。A comparison was made of characteristics of heattransfer and resistance by inserting twisted belts, anglesteel, and tubes among aligned finned tube banks and tubeswith experiments. It is pointed out that heat transfer effi-ciency can increase by 3%-7%and resistance of tubebanks can increase by about 30% by inserting twistedbelts; heat transfer efficiency can increase by 6%-20%and resistance of tube banks can increase by about 19%-40%by inserting angle steel, heat transfer efficiency canincrease by 0.3%-3.5% and resistance of tube banks caninerease by about 5% by inserting tubes. The retsult of in-serting disturbers in low flow velcoity is better than the re-sult in hlgh flow velocity.
