摘  要:观察分析铬酐反应锅的腐蚀形态,发现物料腐蚀是引起腐蚀穿孔的主要原因。模拟实验和电化学测试的结果表明,碳钢在物料中的腐蚀体系属于活化-过钝化体系。反应锅的自然腐蚀电位可能落在活化区,也可能落在过钝化区,但不会落在钝化区。物料含水量越高,发生活化腐蚀的几率越大,腐蚀越严重。把反应锅的电极电位恒定在850mV(SCE)时,它将处于钝化状态,可消除活化腐蚀和过钝化腐蚀,使腐蚀速度大幅度降低。he major pitting corrosion cause of chromic anhy-dride reactors was induced by materials through an obser-vation of corrosion form of chromic anhydride reactors. Theresults of simulating tests and electrochemical measure-ment showed that the corrosion system of carbon steel inmaterials was an active-transpassive system, the naturalcorrosion potential of reactors was located either in activeregion or transpassive region, never in passive region. Morewater content might induce more probaility of active corro-sion and more serious corrosion. If the electrode potentialof reactors was controlled at 850mV (SCE), they would bein passive region, and thus the active corrosion andtranspassive corrosion could be eliminated and corrosionrate would be lowered evidently.
