摘 要:本文首先综述了国内外超细粉体分级技术现状及进展,进而讨论了超细粉体分级技术中存在的难题。认为影响分级效果的关键因素之一是超细粉体的分散性,另一关键因素是粒子在不同状况下的运动特性。如果提高超细粉体的分散性,按照粒子的运动特性设计出合理的分级力场,将有助于提高分级效果。The present case and development of classification technology for ultra-fine powder are reviewed in the paper,firstly.Then the problems in classificafion process for ultra-fine powder are discussed.After that,we find the one of key factors which affect the classification effects for ultra-fine powder is dispersity of ultra-fine powder.Another is the moving characteristics of particles in different cases.If the dispersity of ultra-fine powder is improved,and the classification field of force is designed correctly according to the moving characteristics of particles,it will help to improve the classification effects.
