摘 要:在对江西某含铜磁黄铁矿的选矿研究中采用了全浮和磁-浮两种工艺。全浮工艺获得硫精矿品位35.56%,收率90.08%,铜精矿品位17.85%、收率72.84%。磁-浮联合工艺获得硫精矿品位34.2%、收率94.5%,铜精矿品位18.98%、收率56.10%。全浮用药量较磁一浮工艺高,但耗水量小。全浮工艺的铜回收率较高。两种工艺均能获得较好的选矿指标。Two processing fowsheets,the bulk flotation flowheet and the magnetic separation-flotation combined flowsheet,are intro concentrate a copper-bearing pyrrhotite ore A sulfur concentrate of 35. 56%S with recovery 90.08% and a copper concentrate of 17.85% on with recovery 72.84% are ob tained from the bulk flotation.A sulfur concentrate of 34.2% Swith recovery 94.5% and a copper concentrate of 18.98% Cuwith recovery 56.10% are obtained from the magnetic separation flotation combined flowsheet.Compared with the later fowsheet, a re sult of higher copper recovery,lower water consumption and more reagent is achieved from the former.
