摘  要:应用水热合成法制备钛酸钡、钛酸锶、铁酸钙从钛酸铅晶体粉末,采用的技术路线分别以Ba(OH)2,Ca(OH)2,Sr(OH)2,Ph(OH)2及TiO(OH)2为水热合成钛酸盐的前驱物。研究了它们合成时的KOH浓度、温度和时间等影响因素。根据实验结果.按水热前驱物M(OH)2的特性分类.找出它们的共性和差异,提出了合成机理及MgTiO3和Al2(TiO3)3难以用水热合成的原因。The crystalline powder of barium titanate, strontium titanate, calcium titanate and lead titanate were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The hydrothermal precursors were Ba(OH)2, Sr(OH) and Ca(OH)2, Pb(OH)2 respectively with TiO(OH)2. The raw materials for preparing the hydrothermal precursors were compared and discussed. The influence of KOH concentration, temperature and time on the synthesis was also investigated. The hydrothermal synthesis was classified according to the characteristic of M(OH)2. The generality and difference among each kind of synthesis process were found on the basis of the experimental results. The hydrothermal synthesis mechanism was suggested. The reason that MgTiO3 and Al2(TiO3)3 caunot be synthesised by HPT was analysed.
