摘  要:在1510±3℃温度下,对C3O-SiO2-Al2O3-FeO渣被固体碳还原的动力学进行了研究,考察了熔渣碱度(CaO/SiO2=0.75~1.75)对还原反应速度的影响.比较了实验得到的表现速度常数与用渗透理论求出的熔渣中铁离子的传质系数.研究表明,随渣碱度的升高,还原反应速度增大;反应由渣中铁离子的传递和界面反应混合控制此外,还考察了不同搅拌条件及用CaF2作添加剂对还原反应速度的影响.The rate of FeO reduction in Cao-SiO2-Al2O3-FeO slags was determined in a graphite crucible with graphite crucible used as the reductant. At 1510±3℃, with iron oxide concentration around 5% and the basicity(CaO/SiO2) in the range of 0.75-1.75, the apparent reaction rate constant varied between 9.2×10-2 and 21.8×10-2 g FeO/(cm2·min). The rate was significantly affected by the slag basicity. The reduction of FeO in slags was found to be first order reaction. The apparent rate constant was increased with the increase of the basicity of slag. From comparison of the apparent rate constant with the mass transfer coefficient of Fe2+ in slags, calculated by applying the penetration theory, a mixed-control model could be applied to explain the rate of the reaction. Effects of CaF2 and stirring on the reaction rate were also examined.
