两种新型填料的性能测试与评价

摘　　要：介绍目前两种新型填料环矩鞍及共轭环。在φ３００ｍｍ的试验塔中测定了它们的流体力学性能数据和传质数据，对实验结果对比分析表明；环矩鞍的流体力学性能优于共轭环，但共轭环的传质性能优于环矩鞍。For two type of pecking Intalox saddle and Conjugate ring, the hydrodynanmically performance and mass transfer data have been measured in an experimental column with 300mm ID. Compered with each other, the hydrodynamically performance of Intalox saddle is better than that of Conjugate ring, and the mass transfer Performance of Conjugate ring is better' than that of Intalox saddle.
