多层流化床分级性能研究

摘　　要：根据流态化分级与液体蒸馏间的类似性，对流态化分级性能及分级塔塔效率进行了研究。实验结果表明：流化分级效果十分明显，分级塔塔效率与分离因子有关，其相关曲线与精馏中塔效率与相对挥发度的关系曲线相似。luidized classification performance and classification column efficiency were studied according tothe analogy between fluidized classification and liquid distillation.Experiment results show fluidizedclassification efficiency is clear sharp,classification column efficiency is correlative to separation fac-tor.The correlative curves between classification column efficiency and separation factor is similar to the that between column efficiency and relative volatility in liquid distillation.
