摘　　要：本文介绍了在双气路填充柱色谱仪上一路改装为毛细管柱,实现了一台仪器两类柱并用.获得了高分离效能和高定量性效果.并成功地应用于功夫菊酯乳油中有效成分含量的测定.One route in the double gas tubes packed column chromato graph was refitted with capillary column. Two kinds of column were used simultaneously in a chromatograph and the good separation efficiency and quantitative result were obtained. The chromatograph was used successfully in determination of the containts of effective ingredients in cyhalothrin emulsion.
