8－氨基喹啉双偶氮衍生物的合成及其分析应用的研究

摘　　要：首次合成了５－（苯基偶氮）－８－（苯基偶氮氨基）喹啉（ＰＡＰＡＱ）和５－（苯基偶氮）－８－（４－硝基苯基偶氮氨基）喹啉（ＰＡＮＰＡＱ）两个８－氨基喹啉双偶氮衍生物并经红外光谱和元素分析确证了其结构。建立了ＰＡＰＡＱ荧光法测定铜的新体系，其检测范围为０～８０ｐｐｂ，检测极限为０．５ｐｐｂ。方法已用于实际样品中铜的测定，结果满意。Two 8-aminoquinoline bisazo derivatives were synthesized. They are 5-phenylazo-8-(phenyldiazoamido) quinoline (PAPAQ) and 5-phenylazo-8-(4-nitro-phenyldiazoamido )quinoline (PANPAQ).The products.were confirmed by elemental analysis and infrared spectra.Their colour and fluorescence reactions with various metal ions were investigated,and it was found that PAPAQ is a good fluorimetric reagent for copper and cobalt,PANPAQ is a sensitive chromogenic reagent for copper,cobalt and nickel.A method for the fluorimetric determination of copper with PAPAQ was developed.The detection limit of 0.5 ppb and linearity range of 0-80 ppb were obtained.This method has been applied to determine trace copper in real samples with satisfactory results.
