摘 要:在痕量钌(Ⅲ)的存在下,显色剂TC-偶氮胂与KIO_4在1.0mol/LH_2SO_4介质中加热至沸,退色反应在3min内完成且与钌的含量具有良好的线性关系。在此基础上建立了痕量钌的催化分光光度分析法。其检出限可达0.02μg/10mL。钌含量在0.04~0.40μg/10mL范围内符合朗-比定律。本文提出了退色反应的最佳条件及贵金属精矿中痕量钌的测定法。TC-arsenazo can not be faded by KIO4 in 1 .0mol/L H2SO4 and boiling water, however, when micro amount of Ru(Ⅲ) is present the fading reaction can be accomplished in three minutes. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of ruthenium has thus been established based.on the catalytic action of Ru(Ⅲ) on the oxidative fading of TC-arsenazo with KIO4. The detection limit was found to be 0.02μg/10mL. Beer's law is obeyed from 0.04 to 0.40μg/10mL. The method offers the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and selectivity.The method has. been used to determine micro amonuts of ruthenium in refined ores.
