摘　　要：利用痕量溴离子对溴酸钾氧化罗丹明６Ｇ反应的抑制作用，建立了痕量溴离子的荧光动力学检测方法。方法检出限１．２ｎｇ／ｍＬ，线性范围１．２～２４ｎｇ／ｍＬ。应用于化学试剂、湖水、血清中痕量溴离子的测定，结果良好。An indirect fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of bromidein chemical reagents, lake water and serum is described.Based on the inhibition effect of bromide on theoxidation of rhodamine 6G by potassium bromate.The method is applicable to concentrations rangingfrom 1 .2 to 24ng/mL and has been used for practicalsamples,the results are satisfactory.
