摘 要:在定向剂作用下以AgBrIT-颗粒为主晶,用AgBr对主晶进行外延生长,制备了AgBr/AgBrI侧面外延T-颗粒复合晶体,并对其几何性质、晶体的活性部位及光电性质进行了研究,发现外延部分较不稳定是显影的活性部位,外延的结果导致乳剂微晶的离子电导降低.外延晶体的光电子衰减符合一级反应历程,光电子寿命较外延前增加.并对这些现象的产生进行了探讨.Epitaxial tabular silver halide emulsions with ledges were prepared in the presence of a suitable growth modifier. The host microcrystals were tabular grains AgBrI containing iodide in the range of 10.9mol%, and the epitaxial ledges were pure AgBr. The geometric characteristics and the active parts of the epitaxial tabular grains silver halide emulsions were studied by scanning electronic microscope(SEM). Ionic conductivity of the emulsion decrease due to epitaxial growth of the host tabular grains. The photoelectrons decay processes for both host and epitaxial emulsions obey a first order kinetic rule, the photoelectron lifetime of epitaxial grains emulsion becomes longer than the host.
