摘  要:本文研究了VS-1型强酸性阳离子交换纤维的交换动力学.在有限浴条件下,用放射性示踪法,研究了温度、搅拌速度、溶液浓度及pH值对该离子交换纤维的异相同位素交换反应的影响.并推导出离子交换纤维的交换动力学方程,计算出不同条件下的粒内扩散系数(?)及液膜中的传输系数D/δ.从机理上明确了交换纤维的交换反应速率远比球形树脂快的原因.In this paper, the ion exchange kinetics of ion exchange fiber has been studied. Under finite solution volume (FSV), not only the effect of temperature,speed of stir, concentration and pH value of the solution on the heterophase isotope exchange of fiber has been investigated, but the analytical solutions of the exchange equation have also been obtained. By use of these solutions, the intraparticle diffusion coefficients D and the filmtransmitting coefficients D/δ under different conditions were calculated, and the reason that the ion exchange rate of fiber is faster than that of spherical resins was given with a proposed mechanism.
