摘　　要：用对叔丁基杯［４］芳烃与卟啉羧酸的酰氯化物反应，并引入金属，合成了杯芳烃－金属卟啉仿细胞色素Ｐ－４５０单加氧酶模型Ａ，Ａ及前体化合物６的结构经ＩＲ，＾１ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ和元素分析确定，并确证Ａ中杯环呈“锥体”构象。The Cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase model A has been synthesized by the reaction of p-tert-butylcalix [4] arene with acyl chloride of porphyrin acid 3 followed by inserting of metal ions. The structures of A and its precursor 6 were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. 1H NMR (500MHz) spectra provide evidence for the ' cone ' conformation of calixarene residue in 6.
